National Technical Reports Library (NTRL)

NTRL contains records for 3 million US federal technical reports dating back to 1964 and ~800,000 full-text reports, most from 1995 forward.
In addition to technical reports, NTRL also contains a small number of conference papers, journal articles, and theses. Approximately 30,000 reports are added each year. NTIS classifies technical reports into 39 subject categories and hundreds of sub-categories, making NTRL one of the largest organized collections of scientific and technical information in the world.
