University Librarian's Message

Vice-Provost and University Librarian, Mark Asberg

The library is central to the educational and research missions of Queen’s University. From the magnificent, award-winning Stauffer Library to our impressive archives, unique special collections, and the virtual resources and services, we see the impact of the library on our community every day.

If you are looking for a way to promote student success, pave the way for future scholars, or support the work of researchers, there are many ways you can add value.

Opportunities include:

  • Learning and research spaces
contribute to the development of spaces that are at the core of the student learning experience and the university’s research and innovation mission.
  • Collections
support the acquisition of scholarly materials to inspire current and future generations of scholars to new heights of achievement.
  • Services
help us ensure in-depth scholarship can be pursued by more researchers, locally, nationally, and internationally through.

Please get in touch with me if you would like to chat about your priorities and learn more about our current initiatives and future directions.

Regards,
Mark Asberg
Vice-Provost and University Librarian
