Services for Visitors

Welcome to Queen's University Library. Visitors are welcome to visit any campus library to consult and make use of our strong research collections and superb facilities.

Access to wifi

Guests visiting Queen’s University may log on as a guest to the wifi.

Visitors may also use the computers in the libraries. For access to computers, you need to request a guest login and password from staff at information service desks. For wifi, please consult the IT Services website

Community members may receive a library card (at no cost in 2021-22).  Borrowing limits, fees and fines are located on our Borrowing page

Visiting Scholars

Visiting scholars and researchers have access to library materials once a letter stating the terms of your visit for the guest department is presented to the library (at any service point).

To access online materials, visiting scholars will need an active NetID. A NetID can be requested by contacting your department's IT Admin Rep.
