Art History

The Art History liaison librarian is available for research consultation and can help you design research strategies, access key databases, effectively use the information resources of Queen’s University Library and beyond, and stay current in your field.  Discipline and course specific research skill instruction can be provided. We also evaluate, purchase and make available teaching and research materials to support this program including books, journals and exhibition catalogues in print and/or electronic format, and databases, multimedia and streaming resources.

There are many interdisciplinary aspects to Art History for which the literature of several disciplines is relevant including: Cultural Studies, Education, Gender Studies, History, Indigenous Studies, Religious Studies, and Sociology.
